You can make use of this online system to make an appointment for assessment and therapy services at Brighten Development & Therapy Centre.

How to Start

To make an appointment, you will need to access the system through the link below, choose the type of services that you would like to make an appointment booking for, enter some basic background information, and select a preferred date and time. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the process.

Appointment Details

You will be asked to input the following:

  • Your name
  • Your child’s name, date of birth, school, and current year/grade
  • Your concerns about your child
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address

Appointment Date and Time

You will be able to select a couple combinations of days and times that best suit your availability.

Appointment Confirmation

When an appointment is made, you will receive an email from us to confirm the booking.

Appointment Change or Cancellation

After an appointment is made, please call us at 2786-1611 or email us at info@brightentherapy.com to change or cancel the appointment at least 3 days before the appointment day if you are not able to attend.
